Defend, Innovate, and Explore
In the race for technological and operational superiority on Earth and beyond, Voyager delivers transformative and innovative mission critical solutions for national security, civil and commercial space missions, and more.
Our Story
Founded in 2019, Voyager tackles the most complex challenges to unlock new frontiers for human progress, fortify national security, and protect critical assets from ground to space.
Since 2019, Voyager has acquired twelve companies that are now proudly part of the Voyager brand.
ExoTerra Resource, founded in 2011, is an innovative aerospace company specializing in electric propulsion, power, and integrated satellite infrastructure for near-Earth and deep-space missions. ExoTerra’s Halo thruster technology is proven aboard DARPA Blackjack ACES spacecraft. The company also has contracts with commercial companies and organizations such as NASA. Combining ExoTerra’s capabilities with its deep portfolio of mission-critical technologies, Voyager is well positioned for strategic initiatives such as Golden Dome.
BridgeComm is an advanced optical communications company developing high-bandwidth, laser-based connectivity solutions for space, airborne, and ground networks. With proven flight heritage in ground-to-space terminals and airborne optical links, BridgeComm delivers secure, multi-Gbps to Tbps communications for commercial, civil, and defense customers. Its engineering expertise in free-space optics and turnkey network design enables seamless, fiber-free connectivity.
EMSI was an early adopter of AI for synthetic aperture radar and inverse synthetic aperture radar. EMSI’s ultra-fast radar simulation software generates realistic training imagery, overcoming limited government-labeled datasets and enhancing automated target recognition performance in real-world environments. EMSI consistently delivers best-of-breed radar modes, high-performing AI-based classification, and optimized automated target recognition solutions for both constrained onboard systems and third-party radar environments.
Latent AI optimizes AI for contested and constrained environments, bringing faster, smarter and more resilient decision-making to the edge. Their AI models provide mission-critical intelligence where it’s needed most.
The investment will enhance Voyager’s ability to deliver faster targeting, sharper situational awareness and decisive advantage. This is critical in missions the company supports, where every second counts – on orbit, in theater and at the tactical edge.
LEOcloud is developing cloud infrastructure in Low-Earth Orbit (LEO) with the goal to offer scalable and secure computing solutions designed for space-based operations. Voyager will integrate LEOcloud’s Space Edge™ platform into its existing portfolio, enhancing capabilities in AI-driven analytics, satellite communications and real-time data processing.
