
Ethan Haase
Ethan Haase is a strategy and business development leader who works with business unit executives and the C-suite to help transform organizations to achieve a deep understanding of customer needs as the fundamental element for creating winning product and service offerings. He derives professional satisfaction from leading teams to realize the power of this understanding in everything from creative win strategies to completely new offerings.
Ethan’s roles have included building and executing company strategy, pricing, and offering development. He has also created disruptive strategies for new business capture in both government and commercial markets. Ethan has organized and led tactical-level capture teams for both commercial and government new business efforts, and has also stood-up and led business development organizations within new and fast-growing businesses.
Ethan’s work has resulted in new business growth across several organizations, including winning multi-year NASA and DoD programs worth nearly $1B, and commercial space sales worth hundreds of millions. Across his career, Ethan has held strategy, sales, and business development roles with companies including Lockheed Martin, ITT/Exelis, Honeywell, Blue Origin, and Amazon’s Kuiper satellite program. Ethan currently serves as the Executive Vice President for Business Development for Voyager Space.
Ethan holds an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, an MS from the University of Rochester, and a BA from Elizabethtown College, where he serves on the Leadership Council, an advisory body to the administration and board of trustees.
