Valley Tech Systems, Inc. Announces AS9100D Quality Management System (QMS) Certification

As we kick off the New Year, we’re pleased to share that Voyager Space company Valley Tech Systems, Inc. (VTS) has obtained their goal of AS9100D Quality Management System (QMS) certification. For those not familiar, AS9100D is a widely adopted and standardized quality management system for the aerospace industry and is recognized as a requirement for many Department of Defense (DoD) programs of record. AS9100D is designed to ensure all VTS operations and processes are controlled and repeatable throughout the organization. This has been a multi-year, company-wide effort that began with ISO9001:2015 certification in the summer of 2019 following a yearlong company investment.

Valley Tech Systems’ success in obtaining certification is attributed to the commitment from all personnel and executive management at the company. They all participated in an extensive process with the understanding that the AS9100D QMS is a fundamental business operation building block supporting continuous company growth as a qualified DoD supplier.

VTS is now in a prime position to assist other Voyager Space companies to achieve AS9100D certification. We are excited to share this achievement with our affiliates and position Voyager and VTS to be fully qualified for future Aerospace and ISR and programs in support of national security efforts.
