Hi-rel KA-band power amplifier
The uKaPA-5W is a 5W Ka-Band power amplifier that can be used as a stand-alone unit or with the μKaTx-300 Ka-Band Transmitter. The control and status interface is handled by the μKaTx-300 simplifying system integration.
