Frank Morgan joined Voyager in January 2022 as EVP Portfolio Operations. He was responsible for Voyager’s global portfolio of companies. As Voyager moved from a holding company to an operating company to reach its strategic and growth goals, Mr. Morgan was promoted to Chief Operating Officer and is critical in leading the company’s operations as we move forward.

A seasoned dynamic, decisive hands-on Global Business Executive who has a wealth of knowledge and experience Mr. Morgan has led small & large private & public organizations and brings more than 25 years of business, operations & P&L experience from the aerospace industry.

As a visionary strategist, Mr. Morgan possesses an innate ability to identify opportunities and navigate complex challenges with precision. He has a proven track record of spearheading transformative initiatives that optimize efficiency, streamline processes, and drive sustainable growth across diverse industries and geographies.

He previously has served as VP/GM & COO for multiple businesses from $50M to $1B+.

Mr. Morgan holds a Master of Business Administration from Trinity College Dublin Ireland and a Bachelor of Business Administration from University College Dublin.
