Shoshanna Moody
Shoshanna Moody is chief administrative officer at Voyager Technologies. In this role she is responsible for overseeing enterprise operations, human resources, regulatory compliance, facilities, risk management and corporate services, supporting Voyager’s continued scale and growth.
Ms. Moody brings nearly two decades of leadership experience building high-performing organizations across high-growth, regulated and multinational environments. Her expertise spans a broad range of enterprise functions, including strategic planning, regulatory compliance, risk management, workforce development, facilities operations, and financial strategy, making her a versatile and impactful leader at the intersection of people, process and performance.
Previously, Ms. Moody served as a fractional chief operating officer for Operations Leadership Services, where she guided seed- and angel-stage companies through launch readiness, building the operational infrastructure, financial frameworks, and workforce strategies needed to scale. Prior to that, she served as director of Strategic Market Management and Regulatory Compliance Operations at Instacart, where she led a multi-layered team of people, project, and program managers across the United States and Canada, driving over $100M in market revenue while safeguarding a multibillion-dollar marketplace through rigorous legislative and compliance oversight. Earlier in her career, she managed one of the world’s largest dockless e-bike fleets at Lyft, owning a $16M P&L and leading large-scale field operations, and served as vice president and head of Global Operations for an international franchise organization, scaling the business from a single location to a multi-country enterprise.
Ms. Moody brings a combination of operational rigor, cross-functional leadership, and executive-level stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record of designing enterprise frameworks, implementing scalable systems and driving change management across complex organizations. She earned a bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in chemistry and a master’s degree in exercise physiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
